The Otter Tail Country Historical Society Museum uses dioramas and installations to help visitors explore the rich history of the agrarian region. Exhibits at the museum start with detailed displays on the natural history, continue on to the histories of the Native American tribes that once occupied the area and end with the 19th and early 20th century farming settlements that sprang up along the Otter Tail River. The museum is located south of the Minnesota State Community and Technical College, near Van Dyk Park.
